Protect Your Equipment
Degreasing and cleaning of heavy duty equipment is carried out periodically for different reasons; depending on the operator, and where they’re using their equipment. Here is a short list of typical reasons for cleaning and degreasing:
- preventive maintenance
- operator brand reputation
- safety regulations
- company internal policy
- troubleshooting leaks
Besides ongoing and preventive maintenance, the most common reason for spot cleaning heavy equipment is when troubleshooting engine leaks and hydraulic component leaks. Heavy duty mechanics can’t properly ascertain the source of a leak until they thoroughly clean the suspected origin of the leak.
Why MPS-DE100?
- Non-toxic
- Color and fragrance-free
- Highly concentrated
- Versatile
- Leaves no residue
- Stronger
- Cleans fast
- Usable in multiple surfaces
Even after completing the degreasing task, it leaves no flammable solvents, toxic fumes, or any other residues. It keeps the surface completely neat and clean.
The MPS-DE100 is mainly used for cleaning the dirt from heavy equipment, nylon, vinyl, canvas, grease traps, tanks, canvas, and more. It removes the oil, grease, mildew, wax, algae, odors, etc. from the surface.
However, it’s important to dilute this cleaner with water. You can dilute it with water up to 2 times its volume, and still, it remains stronger enough than the other surface cleaners.
Point to be noted: it is important to adhesion before applying this degreaser. Thus it can achieve its maximum performance.
How To Use it?
MPD-DE100 need to be diluted with water by a ration of one to one.
Spray the diluted degreaser on the surface and leave it for 30 minuets -depending on how dirty your surface is-.
Wash the degreaser off using high pressure water.
